• Support given to GIPCI (Italian Group for Childhood Cerebral Palsy)
In the wake of the initiatives on research and education, the Mariani Foundation has supported the GIPCI in providing the necessary resources for the coordination of its activities since 1994.

• “Leisure Time” Project by AIAS (Italian Association for the Assistance to Spastics), Milan
The Mariani Foundation supports AIAS’s activities and offers recreational activities similar to those enjoyed by children of the same age to children affected by severe motor and cognitive disabilities, who are being treated by the Association.
As of 2004, the service has included the organization of parties, holidays, and weekends dedicated to disabled children with the objective of furthering their progress towards autonomy.
Besides these initiatives, the Foundation helps to organize regular training courses for volunteers.
