Epileptology

In Italy, epilepsy affects between 400,000 and 500,000 people, with a high incidence in children, either through repeated or isolated seizures. Since its establishment, the Foundation’s commitment has led to many initiatives dedicated to this specific disorder, in particular:
• International symposia, followed by major publications;
• Research funding at national and international levels;
• Collaborations with the foremost experts in the field;
• Seminars and congresses in Italy and abroad.
