VIRTUAL GATHERING

In few days we all would have met in Aarhus and it is our idea to mark the occasion and still have a symbolic virtual connection in order to look ahead together.
Together with the Hosting Committee, we propose to connect on FRIDAY 19 JUNE 2020 between 3 and 5 pm CET / Aarhus time (via Zoom), in order to share views on three subjects:
1. Experience and perspectives of relevant virtual, long-distance conferencing
2. Organisation of interim communications
3. “Hot” subjects: how to facilitate that poster content and other more immediate topics can be presented in their current status and benefit from ongoing exchange.

REIMBURSEMENTS
Enrolments for 2020 will be considered valid for the new dates in 2021.
For any refund request, please note the following exceptions to our policy which does not foresee refunds for force majeure:
100% if submitted before 31 May 2020 (EXPIRED)
70% - 100% if submitted from 1 June 2020 to 30 September 2021
as long as agreements with service providers may be adjusted accordingly (bank service charges may apply.)
