Payment receipts will be available in your user menu (click on Current enrolments, Title of the course, Receipt).
Previous enrolments (before 1 March 2021)
Previous enrolments will be valid also for 2021 conference.
We kindly ask you to inform us by the 31 March through the DEDICATED FORM whether you plan to attend in person or you prefer to follow the conference online, so that the logistical provisions can be tended to.
Cancellations and partial refunds
In case of cancellation of the conference for force majeure and natural catastrophes, the Foundation will not be committed to refunding the enrolment fees and will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by participants.
Due to the Covid-19 health emergency, enrolments for 2020 will be considered valid for the new dates in 2021.
For any refund request, please note the following exceptions to our policy which does not foresee refunds for force majeure:
70% if submitted from 1 June 2020 to 15 March 2021
as long as agreements with service providers may be adjusted accordingly.
